PRACTICAL GUIDE

How to Use LitBuy: From Product Link to Delivery

Your first LitBuy order involves a purchase from the seller and a later shipment from the warehouse. Follow the steps below to keep the item, payment and delivery details together.

Start here

For the warehouse-ordering process described here, choose the item first, review it after warehouse arrival, then arrange international delivery. Budget for both the purchase and the parcel. If your checkout offers a different service, read that service’s terms before paying.

1. Save the exact item and options

Start with a product you want to compare. Open the listing and save its source link, selected colour, size and quantity. The name alone is not enough: a listing can contain several versions with different prices. Check the selected option again when you reach checkout.

For clothing, compare the seller’s measurements with a garment that fits you. For shoes, check what the size chart measures. Keep the chart with your saved option so you can compare it with warehouse photos later.

2. Import the source link and review the request

LitBuy’s beginner guide describes pasting supported marketplace links into its search bar. For a manual purchase request, it describes Fill & Buy. Follow the fields shown in the current interface rather than assuming the information imported correctly.

Before submitting, compare the product image, seller option, unit price and quantity with the source listing. If a size or colour is missing, resolve that before payment. Do not select an unrelated option just to make the request go through.

3. Understand what you are paying for

The item estimate displayed in our spreadsheet excludes delivery and checkout costs. In the warehouse workflow, paying for the purchase does not finish the international shipping step. Keep two budget lines: buying the goods and sending the parcel to your destination.

Do not treat an item-price screenshot as the final delivered total. Before building a large order, estimate the parcel using its destination, likely weight, dimensions and product types. The estimate remains provisional until packing and route details are known.

4. Follow the purchase into the warehouse

The official tutorial uses Order for purchasing progress and Warehouse for stored items. Check which stage you are actually waiting for before asking about a delay. A seller’s domestic tracking number is different from the international parcel number created later.

5. Review QC before selecting items to ship

Compare your own warehouse images with the saved order. Check labels, colour, quantity and visible condition; request a specific measurement when fit is uncertain. A listing’s QC photo count does not confirm the condition of your individual order.

If you see a wrong option or damage, preserve the evidence and check the return deadline immediately. Keep tags and packaging intact while deciding. Also note each item’s stock-in date: waiting for another purchase can use up the oldest item’s free storage.

6. Submit the parcel and keep its records

Select the warehouse items you intend to send and review the recipient, address, postcode and contact details. Compare suitable routes using their accepted goods, charging method, estimated transit time and protection terms. Review packing choices before confirming.

After dispatch, follow the parcel record and retain the international tracking number. Keep the purchase records, final shipping charge and parcel contents list together; these make delivery questions much easier to explain.

Common first-order questions

Can I combine items? Review the items available for selection when creating your parcel, then check whether their contents and size fit a suitable route. Do not assume every combination is accepted.

Can I pay and ship immediately? First establish which service you selected. This guide covers warehouse ordering, where receipt and review happen before the parcel submission step.

What if the product link does not load? Recheck the source URL and selected option. If a manual request is needed, include the exact item details rather than a screenshot with no source link.
